i like this, reminds me of a wood engraving. that said, it loses a lot of form 'round where the wings start. much of the shadow around that area comes apart, as well. really tho, just keep drawing every day!

Yeah, I did mess up on the wings. :) It was the last part I drew to it and it made me sick, haha. The only downside to pen drawings. I will try to draw more for sure! Thank you! :)

i like that you went with Toad instead of Mario because the latter is cliche by now....this one i like....a little baggie holding the mushies would have been a nice touch....maybe could have made his eyes more glossy, add drool or something....heheh

You know what's weird is everything you mention, the drool, the baggie etc, were in the original sketch lol. They ended up not making it into the final but yeah I shoulda kept them!
