i like that you went with Toad instead of Mario because the latter is cliche by now....this one i like....a little baggie holding the mushies would have been a nice touch....maybe could have made his eyes more glossy, add drool or something....heheh

You know what's weird is everything you mention, the drool, the baggie etc, were in the original sketch lol. They ended up not making it into the final but yeah I shoulda kept them!

actually, i agree with roguesoul...looks like maybe he is actually walking backwards...hmmm....also bear fur/exposed muscle left rough throws it off...but still, the hue is great...awesome design....sets a cool story.
