Challenging in its simplicity, the game almost feels more like a puzzle as you restart...and restart...and restart...
I really like the predictive shadow that aims the plane, but I honestly didn't get the game and wasn't terribly impressed after playing it. I also really like the rain effects, and the shapes of the clouds. I was expecting something like Sky Odyssey for PS2, but while this reminds me of some levels from that game, this one proved to be too dang tough for me.

out of 10...
gfx - 7.5 (decent, workable graphics)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 6 (solid interfaces, but lacks a "fuel" display)
gameplay - 4.5 (fun at first, but too frustrating)

overall, I think that this is a game that will not only frustrate the hell out of people but also confuse them greatly. I like certain aspects, like the aforementioned "shadow line" that shows the path the plane will take, but due to the difficulty curve and lack of essential info provided to player this game ultimately fails to live up to its potential.

Very disappointing. Was actually expecting real content, but instead we have a looping staircase and a terrible drawing of a felllow who moves at old people speed.

gfx - 2 (hasty scribbles)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 1.5 (lures people into trying the game more than once)
gameplay - 0.5 (absolutely boring)

overall, I think that this "game" is about %0.000000000000000001 of what you're capable of, and can't wait to see what you do when you actually apply yourself, or selves, to a game.

I really like some parts, and am somewhat annoyed by others. I like a lot of the details in the backgrounds and the speech animations are very decent. However, I don't like the inconsistencies in the text boxes, how I have to move back and forth to click the smallish arrow to progress the dialogue.
I like the Beatles references, even down to the font you used for the titles. Also impressed by your use of repeating characters in the strings for your dialogue.

gfx- 7 (kinda crappy, but i get the feeling that's the style)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 6.5 (inconsistent interfaces, but good programming)
gameplay - 5.5 (not really too fun, very linear and not challenging)

overall, this may go largely underlooked by many due to the lengthy intro and quality of the graphics. However, it has a certain charm that appeals to me, and I like elements of the visual effects and coding.

I think the framerate should be higher as it's difficult to follow the shells without having to just "guess" where they went. I like the random sea objects that float by, they help to create a great atmosphere.

gfx - 8.5 (cool nuances and overall drawings)
sfx - NA (I have no soundcard)
design - 6.5 (lacks real direction)
gameplay - 7.5 (good, but needs higher framerate)

overall, this is another good bit of programming by you. I really like following your progress, and notice new things you do with every game. However, this one suffers from a couple different issues, one being that it lacks real direction. Like some of your previous games, as a project this is really great but as a game many players will be quickly disinterested.

Fairly interesting concept with funny quirks that may set it apart from the pack. Probably my PC, but it is somewhat laggy. Also, the controls seem a bit confusing, and this is another game that induces that "Guitar Hero" effect where you look away and everything's all WOOBLYWOBBLYWIBBLYDOOBLY.

I really like the addition of weapons, %100 custom controls, and difficulty settings. These things make the game much more accessible for just about anyone.

gfx - 8.5 (good sprites, somewhat disorienting however)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 9.5 (fantastic levels with classic RPG feel)
gameplay - 9.5 (challenging and also stimulating)

overall, a great game that really feels quite fluid. Favorited.

Thanks for the review, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the game

Looks like my last review got deleted, which is fair because it's wasn't really a review.

Anyway, you might think this is funny, but it's actually sort of baby-ish and a waste of both your time and mine. Please try to invest yourself more into what you're doing in the future.

out of 10...

gfx - 0 (nothing here but a font)
sfx - 0 (no sounds, no music)
design - 0 (obnoxious and baby-ish)
gameplay - 0 (there is no game here)

overall, this is a waste of your time and mine. Please invest yourself more into what you're doing in the future. Also, you suck...get a life.

Baby-ish? What? lololololol
i just posted this as a joke with my friends to see how fast it would get blammed
somehow it didn't.
keeping it up anyways because the raging people are amusing.

Adorable art, very fun look to the game. Interesting gameplay, it's almost a puzzle game! I do not think that children's will be able to beat this game. It is pretty tough. Also, when I died and clicked retry it failed to reload the whole game.

out of 10...

gfx - 7 (good enough in-game, adorable title screen)
sfx - N/A ( I have no soundcard)
design - 6.5 (failed to load game after clicking "retry")
gameplay - 7 (fun enough, but may be too tough for kids)

overall, this is a nice Halloween game that may fall short of entertaining kids for long. However, it is interesting in it's design, even if it's got a bug. Fast-paced and Halloween-themed, I think this is overall a good game.

pretty good casino-style game. About as many options as a standalone flash slots game can have. The graphics really help pull it together in order to spice things up. However, as a project I think this is cool. As a game, not really. For the most part, there is just no point. You should consider adding a high score table where you cash in your coins and the game ends. As is, most people won't see the point.
I like that the wheels don't spin and spin and spin and spin forever and ever and ever like most flash casino-style slots games.

out of 10...
gfx - 8.5 (ugly lines but cool wheel pictures)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 8.5 (pretty good, but not much incentive for players)
gameplay - 8 (better than most casino flash games, but still not that fun)

Overall, this game is easy to get into but may lack the depth many players look for in flash games these days. Like I said, could use a high score table.

Pretty cool game, I like the idea. However, I found that it was extremely difficult to win even the first level. This will probably turn a lot of players off. However, I liked the graphics, neat 3D effects.

out of 10...
gfx - 8 (very retro-style 3D)
sfx - N/A (I have no soundcard)
design - 6.5 (ambitious goals, but somewhat unclear)
gameplay - 5 (started out pretty fun, got progressively less so)

overall, I think this is a game with an extremely high difficulty that may need to be scaled back for more casual audiences. Good gfx, interesting elements, but just too dang tough!

Another game that stands on the shoulders of giant in the interest of producing fun games that are also profitable. What can I say? It's a solid game, with good balances and a fairly unique battle system (except for...what is it called...pocket creatures, on kongregate?).
Anyway, good graphics, blahblahblah. will probably get frontpage.

Again, though, it's standing on the shoulders of giants that thought of these concepts 20 years.

out of 10...

gfx - 10 (excellent effects, adorable creatures)
sfx - 9 (good score, polite sound effects)
design - 8 (solid enough, but lifts a lot from other games)
gameplay - 9 (pretty fun, no denying it)

overall, this is a VERY good game. It's not great because it basically does everything we've seen in the past, but with a fresh coat of paint. I don't mean to rip on your game, or the hard work you put into it, but honestly I have been thinking more and more about ingenuity in games...and this definitely doesn't break any records for that.

Really appreciate your honest review. Thanks
